MAKSAN testing\u00a0 laboratory is an accredited laboratory in\u00a0 accordance with TS EN ISO\/IEC 17025 standart, which is conducted by TURKAK.<\/p>\n
Routine and\u00a0 type\u00a0 tests specified in\u00a0 TS EN 60076-1 standards, can be\u00a0 assessed in\u00a0 our test laboratories with the exception of short-circuit mechanical withstand ability type tests and special chemical transformer oil tests. Short\u00a0 circuits mechanical withstand ability type tests for all products groups have\u00a0 been conducted out at the accredited international laboraties and results have been positive.<\/p>\n
Routine\u00a0 tests has been applied to every transformer which is produced in line with TS EN 60076-1 and\u00a0 IEC standarts.<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Measurement of voltage ratio and\u00a0 check of phase displacement,
\n2.\u00a0 Measurement of winding resistance,
\n3.\u00a0 Measurement of short circuit impedance and load losses,
\n4.\u00a0 Measurement of no-load losses and no-load current,
\n5.\u00a0 Applied voltage withstand\u00a0 ability test ( Body test ),
\n6.\u00a0 Induced voltage withstand ability test,
\n7.\u00a0 Measurement of insulation resistance\u00a0 ( Megger test ),
\n8.\u00a0 Leak testing with pressure for liquit-immersed transformers,
\n9.\u00a0 Test on on-load tap changers, where appropriate,<\/p>\n
Type\u00a0 tests are applied upon customer request.<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Temperature rise test,
\n2.\u00a0 Impulse test,
\n3.\u00a0 Measurement of no load losses and current at 90% and 110% of rated voltage,
\n4.\u00a0 Determination of sound level,
\n5. Measurement of power consumption of liquit pump and fans.<\/p>\n
Special tests are applied upon customer request.<\/p>\n
1.\u00a0 Measurement of zero sequence impedance,
\n2.\u00a0 Measurement of oil dielectic withstand and breakdown voltage level,
\n3.\u00a0 Measurement\u00a0 power factor of transformer oil and\u00a0 solid insulation materials,
\n4.\u00a0 Paint thickness measurement,
\n5.\u00a0 Function test of\u00a0 alarm and protective,
\n6.\u00a0 Measurement of dissipation factor of the\u00a0 insulation\u00a0 system capacitances.<\/p>\n
The test\u00a0 reports of all\u00a0 delivered transformers are recorded, and through our\u00a0 advanced archiving system, the reports of each\u00a0 transformer delivered in the last 25 year are available upon request.
