Magnetic and\u00a0 mechanical oil\u00a0 level\u00a0 indicator<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"Theese instruments are\u00a0 primarily used\u00a0 for\u00a0 detection of levels of oil\u00a0 used\u00a0 for cooling and isolation\u00a0 purposes.\u00a0 These are\u00a0 mainly prismatic indicator, magnetic indicator and\u00a0 contact-magnetic\u00a0 indicator types. Level can be\u00a0 monitored on a\u00a0 point scaled indication. Single indicators are used in distribution transformers with the conservator tanks; however mechanical alarm-switched indicators are used in power transformers as a standard. In case of a\u00a0 customer\u00a0 request, mechanical type alarm-switched oil level indicator can be installed on\u00a0 distribution transformer.<\/p>\n

Air Dryer \/ Air Dehumidifier<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\" Transformer oil should be well\u00a0 protected from ambient air & humidity in order to\u00a0 preserve its\u00a0 funcrionality. Air\u00a0 dryers are installed on a specific surface of the conservator tanks to supply dry air with the\u00a0 system. According to the customers requests, rubber made flexible “atmoseal” technique is used in\u00a0 order to cut\u00a0 the contact of transformer oil with the air in power transformers.<\/p>\n

Pressure Relief Valve<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\" In case of a\u00a0 rapid overload and short cicuit situations, increase in internal pressure is undesirable.\u00a0 Both\u00a0 hermetic type distribution\u00a0 and power\u00a0 transformers are equipped with “pressure Relief Valves” to avoid internal pressure rise above the envisaged maximal values. Pressure valves in\u00a0 power transformers are made of\u00a0 mechanical type with double contact, alarm and\u00a0 tripping. Small capacity distribution transformers have contactless pressure relief valves. Distribution transformers with conservator tank included are also\u00a0 applicable to be\u00a0 equipped with “Pressure Relief Valves” for customer requests.<\/p>\n

Buchholz Relay<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"In the\u00a0 event of a malfunction\u00a0 or a defect on the active part of the transformer, this may\u00a0 cause a sudden temperature increase, which leads to a gas formation inside\u00a0 the tank. “Buchholz\/Gas” relay is\u00a0 installed between tank and\u00a0 conservator tank\u00a0 junction, signals give\u00a0 alarm or tripping, depending on the level of gas accumulated. This alarm mechanism conserves the system and prevents further damages. The accessory is mainly\u00a0 used for transformers with conservator tanks that work at\u00a0 and over 630 kVA power range. On customers\u00a0 requests, this equipment can also be\u00a0 furnished with smaller power rate\u00a0 transformers.<\/p>\n

Oil\u00a0 Temperature\u00a0 Indicator With Contacts<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\" Transformers oil temperature, being higher than a\u00a0 specific value, is\u00a0 not a desired situation during\u00a0 the operation\u00a0 and usually the oil\u00a0 temperature\u00a0 axceeds the applicable\u00a0 range. This accessory functions\u00a0 not only as an alarm signal with is\u00a0 first level\u00a0 contact but also sends tripping signal to\u00a0 circuit breaker\u00a0 opening\u00a0 between\u00a0 source and\u00a0 transformer at the second\u00a0 level contact. These functions\u00a0 keep the\u00a0 transformer safe and\u00a0 prevent\u00a0 it from\u00a0 further damages. Transformers rated\u00a0 power 630 kVA and above are equipped with oil temperature indicator as\u00a0 a\u00a0 standard. Small transformers\u00a0 can also be\u00a0 equipped with oil\u00a0 temperature indicator with double contact\u00a0 for customers requests.<\/p>\n

Multi Function Hermetic Protection\u00a0 Device \/ Hermetic\u00a0 Protection Relay<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"\"This\u00a0 is a\u00a0 compact\u00a0 protection\u00a0 and security device that\u00a0 handles pressure, temperature\u00a0 and\u00a0 gas exit protections\u00a0 all together. It is applied for hermetic transformers with power rate from 630 kVA to\u00a0 2500 kVA and\u00a0 it\u00a0 is\u00a0 mounted\u00a0 top of the\u00a0 cover\u00a0 of the transformer tank.
